Triple Magnet Mount for Ham-sticks and like antennas

If you are using a Ham Stick, Ham-Tenna, Moonraker Am-Pro stick, or any other stick type antenna. I recommend using the Tri-Mag mount. Because of the length of the antenna, you really need the extra stability of the additional magnets. Also, the larger base of the tri-mag mount also seems to provide a better ground plane for the antenna. I’m not sure if that’s because of the larger base. Or Possibly because of the greater surface area in contact with the vehicle. However, even with the greater base I do not think it should be used while the vehicle is driving.

Also, because of the design of this mag mount. you can offset one of the 3 magnets. This helps when the roof of the vehicle has ribs making it un-even. Being able to offset one of the magnets may allow for a better magnetic adhesion.

This mag mount works with MJF, Workmen, Moonraker, Ham-Tenna style antennas using a 3/8’s mounting connection.
