GRA-RWSM HF Antenna RF Choke Coil?

Has anyone tried one of the RF Choke Coils for HF by Gabil. I was considering buying one. It is cheap so if it doesn’t work only a few cups of coffee are lost.

According to the description it should reduce your SWR. Not sure what other advantages / disadvantages it might have over a Tuner.
